PRO-TECT SERIES

Pro-Tect UV Systems utilize a NEMA 12X power enclosure with either a Basic Control package or our more advanced PLC Control package. The Basic Control package includes; individual lamp status indicators, resettable main hour meter, mainpower indicator light, and over temperature safety switch. Our more advanced PLC Control package includes; AC voltage meter, total lamp hour meter, individual lamp hour meter, lamp status indicators, internal temperature monitors for both the UV reaction chamber and power enclosure, UV intensity meter, and alarm relays.

System Features:

Control Packages Basic Control Standard, PLC Control Optional
Electronic Ballasts matched to the performance of the required lamp for optimal UV-C Output and longest useful lamp life.
Standard Over Temperature Safety Shutoff turns the lamp array off when water temperature inside the reactor exceeds 120Â°F.
Corrosion Proof Schedule 80 PVC materials are stronger and can handle higher internal pressures compared to HDPE and polypropylene reactors. Will not rust in corrosive seawater environments when compared to stainless steel reactors.
Single End SleeveLamp Access makes for easy maintenance and sleeve/lamp replacement.
American Made Low Pressure Amalgam (ALH Models) and High Output (HLH Models) UV lamps. These lamps are designed for 12,000 hours of continuous operation and are 80% efficient after 12,000 hours of use.

All Pro-Tect Series Models come with the option for Basic or PLC Controls.
