Oceans Design media filters feature a seamless, one-piece vessel with no welds or seams. Our media filters are manufactured from a continuous fiberglass winding resulting in a one piece high quality vessel that is not only superior in strength, but is also impervious to corrosion.
Ocean's Design can help you size the appropriate media filter for your flow through or recirculating system. Filters are available in top mount, side mount and horizontal configurations. Ocean's Design has utilized Waterco's deep bed filters media filters in systems in which any breach is unacceptable. The deeper bed increases efficiency and particle retention in comparison to shallower bed filters. Filters features include:

Large filter base for stable floor mounting.
Optional sight glasses and lateral man holes to simplify media changes and access to laterals. Vessel includes manual bottom drain.
Inflow diffuser for even distribution of water flow across the filter bed.
"Fish Bone" lateral design balances water flow and maximizes filtration while eliminating dead zones found in between laterals in filters with conventional laterals
