Micro Pore Diffusers are one of the most efficient diffusers available, maximizing transfer efficiency of Oxygen which in turn decreases your total oxygen demand, and decreases your overhead related to oxygen usage.
Micro Pore Diffusers utilize a ceramic plate with very fine pores to produce a slurry of extremely fine bubbles of approximately 100 to 500 microns in size. The flat plate design ensures uniform bubbles across the entire surface and minimizes bubble coalescence to achieve an absorption rate in excess of 80%, depending on depth and flow rate.
