Blowers can emit an enormous amount of heat especially when piping systems are designed with an inadequate pipe size for the flow required and/or lack of heat dissipating pipe to transfer heat out of the piping system.
Oceans Design Inc uses aluminum heat dissipating tubing and fittings directly off the blower system. The aluminum heat dissipating tubing is inserted into the socket of the fitting required then heat shrink tubing is used to seal the fittings. At a safe distance from the blower an adapter is used to transfer the blown air from the metallic tubing to a conventional PVC line to be distributed to various areas of the facility.
