Almost entirely made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) the filter is perfect for both fresh water and salt water systems. The Trome filter line features one of the smallest filters produced worldwide, perfect for smaller research based systems where drum filters have historically been too large and/or cost prohibitive.
